Slide the upright post onto its receptor and insert three M8 x55mm screws and washers on the side and two M8 x 15mm screws and washers on the front.

The speed of the remaining segments will be updated to the new setting proportionally and the dot matrix window will update the speed profile accordingly as well.

500 T m Owner’s Manual 39 Maintenance CAUTION – FOR SAFE OPERA TION Always inspect hardware prior to any exercise session. T ur n power switch to the “OFF” position and unplug electrical cord from the outlet before attempting maintenance. Inspect unit for loose parts and frayed wires.
