This amount of exercise is between 60% and 85% of your maximum heart rate measured during a training session.

1 1 90 E r Owner’s Manual 19 Basic Oper ation • Power On: Simply start pedaling to wake up the console and star t operation. Before any other keys are pressed, the unit will be in an “idle” mode.
