Follow these instructions, you will find that they are extremely helpful and this console is very simple to use.

Getting Started The Sprint program is designed to simulate a running exercise. The LED profile display- ing on the right side of dot matrix window represents intensity level for each segment. Dot matrix display also displays a running track on the left side to indicate how close you ar e to the finish line.

By alter- nating the workload from high to low , your hear t gets an effective workout.
• The message display will scroll a message “PROGRAM END, TOT AL TIME, DIST ANCE CALORIES ARE:” then the total workout data of ‘T ime, Distance and C alories” will be displayed for 5 seconds. • After 5 seconds, it will scroll a message “SA VE YOUR PROGRAM OR PRESS S T ART TO RE-ST ART”.
