www.desatech.com 113084-01A 6 Unusually Tight Construction The air that leaks around doors and windows may provide enough fresh air for combustion and ven- tilation. However , in buildings of unusually tight construction, you must provide additional fresh air .

Do not install this heater as your pri- mary heat source. If you have a central heating system, you may run system’s circulating blower while using heater.

www.desatech.com 113084-01A 10 INSTALLATION Continued 10. Install door catch bolt (M8 x 1.25-55mm with two M8 hex nuts) into threaded hole on stove body (see Figure 7). Use an adjustable wrench or a 12mm socket. The catch bolt has two hex nuts attached to it (see Figure 1 1).

www.desatech.com 113084-01A 12 INSTALLATION Continued WARNING: Never connect natural gas heater to private (non- utility) gas wells. This gas is com- monly known as wellhead gas. Installation Items Needed Before installing heater , make sure you have the items listed below .

Only a qualified service person should service and repair heater. CAUTION: Never use a wire, needle, or similar object to clean ODS/pilot.
