Quick Installation Guide Bluetooth® 2.0 USB Adapter Model # ABT-U200 This Quick Installation Guide onl y provides basic in structions for installing the product. For detailed information on usi ng this product, please refer to the User’s Manual on the supplied CD.
Note: If the auto-run window doe s not appear automatically, go to Start -> Run and type D:UtilityXP_2K_MESetup.exe (where D is the letter of your CD- ROM drive) then click OK . Step 2 When the welcome screen appears, click Next . Then click Next on the two screens that follow, then click Install .
Windows XP/2000 Users: When the Driv er Signature Notice window appears, click OK . Step 3 When prompted, plug your Bluetooth USB adapter into an available USB port on your computer and click OK . Please wait while the software installs al l the supported servi ces.
Windows 2000/ME Users : At the end of the installation, you will b e prom pted to restart your computer . Click OK to res tart. The Initial Bluetooth Configuration Wizard will automatically launch to guide you through the initial configuration. Step 5 Click Next at the Initial Bluetoot h Config uration Wizard screen.
Step 7 Click Next at the following screen Step 8 This screen allows you select the services you want to pro v ide to other Bluetooth devices. If you wish to have all services available, make sure that they are all checked and click Nex t .
Step 9 Click Skip at the following screen. Step 10 Click Finish . Your device is now installed and ready to use. Please refer to the manual located on the CD fo r detailed instructions on configuri ng and using the Bluetooth USB adapter.
Installing the Software in Windows Vista Note: Do not connect the USB Bluetooth Adapter to your co mputer before you install the provided software. You will be prompted to plug the device during the installation. Step 1 Insert the Bluetooth software installa tion CD into your CD-ROM drive.
Step 2 If the following warning window a ppea rs, click Allow to continue with the installation. Step 3 When the following screen appears , connect the Bluetooth USB adapter to an available USB port on your computer.

Step 6 The following Windows Security alert may appear a few tim es during the installation. Click Install this driver software any way to continue installing the software. Step 7 At the end, click Finish . Your device is now installed and ready to use.
