WARNING: FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF TOWING VEHICLE CONTROL, SEPARATION OF THE TOW BAR FROM THE TOWING VEHICLE, SEPARATION OF THE TOWED VEHICLE FROM THE TOW BAR, CAUSING SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
2. Remove one screw from each side, facia to fender. 3. Remove six plastic push fasteners from bottom side of facia and one screw from each side that attaches to wheel well extension. 4. Pull facia straight out on each side by fender and carefully pull facia off.
9. With an assistant, slide base plate on frame and install 1/2 x 3-1/2 bolt through base plate and previously installed spacer bushing. On inside of frame, use heavy frame washer, 1/2 lock washer, and 1/2 hex nut. Do not tighten. NOTE: Use Blue on all bolt threads.
