P age 8 SAFETY SIGN CARE • K eep saf ety signs clean and legib le at all times. • Replace saf ety signs that are missing or hav e become illegib le. • Replacement par ts that display ed a saf ety sign should also displa y current sign. • Saf ety signs are av ailab le from your distributor , dealer par ts depar tment, or factory .

P age 12 T orque figures indicated are valid f or non- greased or non-oiled threads and heads unless otherwise specifi ed. Theref ore, do not g rease or oil bolts or capscrews unless otherwise speci- fi ed in this manual. When using locking elements, increase torque v alues by 5%.
P age 13 Step 5. Slide and twist the legs into position to attach them to the baseplate on tow ed vehicle . Secure to baseplate us- ing the two attaching pins and 1/4 ” quic k-lock pin. Attach saf ety cables (see belo w). Now connect the lighting cab le between the to wing vehicle and the to wed v ehicle lighting sys- tem or optional light bar .
P age 14 Step 3. Remov e pins that attach tow bar to to wed vehicle . Aluminator TM will remain in position. Slide the e xtendab le legs back into tube . P osition electr ical cable on storage rod and inser t pin to prev ent cable from sliding off . Step 8.
P age 15 Step 4. Now f old both legs together and push them up- ward. Step 5. Rotate them counter-clockwise into the stor age po- sition. The unit is self suppor tive in this position. Inser t the small hair pin into the lockpin inside the front y oke .
