6 EXTENSION CORDS Use proper extension cor ds. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition and is a 3-wir e extension cord which has a 3-pr ong grounding type plug and matching receptacle which will accept the machine’ s plug. When using an extension cord, be sur e to use one heavy enough to carry the current of the machine.

8 8 INST ALLING THE CASTERS 1. Place the dust collector on its side. 2. Insert a caster thr ough the four holes (A) Fig. 3 in the base of the dust collector . 3. Thr ead a 3/8-16 flange hex nut (B) Fig. 4 onto each of the four bolts and tighten secur ely .
9 9 INST ALLING THE DUST POR T TUBE AND THE DUST COLLECTOR CONNECTOR Disconnect the machine from the power sour ce! 1. Place the tube clamp (A) Fig. 7 on the lower support tube holder (B). 2. Insert the lower tube support (A) into the tube support holder (B) (Fig.

11 11 Loosely thread the end of the dust bag strap (A) thr ough the clamp (B) (Fig. 19). Place the open end of the dust bag (C) Fig. 19 over the outlet flange (D) Fig. 20 . Firmly pull the strap (A) to fasten the dust collection bag to the outlet flange.
12 12 MACHINE USE This versatile dust collector is light, compact. It can easily be transported for use in and out of the workshop. The dust collector can be used with many differ ent types of woodworking machinery . Fig. 22 illustrates the dust collector used with a router .
13 Always disconnect the machine from the power source befor e performing any maintenance procedur es. Check the condition of the dust bag periodically for damage. Empty the dust bag on a regular basis. Do not transport the machine with a full dust bag.

21 L ’INST ALLA TION DES ROULETTES 1. Placer le dépoussiér eur sur le côté. 2. Insér er le boulon de la roulette dans les quatr e trous (A) fig. 3, de la base du dépoussiéreur . 3. Enfiler un écr ou hexagonal à embase de 3/8-16 (B) fig. 4, sur chacun des quatre boulons et serr er solidement.
22 ASSEMBLAGE DU TUBE ET CONNECTEUR À L ’ORIFICE DU CORPS DU COLLECTEUR 1. Insérer le collier de serrage du tube (A) fig. 7, sur le porte-tube du support inférieur (B). 2. Insérer le support inférieur du tube (A) dans le porte-tube du support (B) comme indiqué à la figur e 8.
23 8. Placer le module de l’entonnoir d’admission (A), sur le support du tube inférieur (B) fig. 14, le fixer solidement à l’aide du collier de serrage du tube (C).
