3 ADDITIONAL SAFETY RULES FOR DUST COLLECTORS WARNING: F AILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES MA Y RESUL T IN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY . 1. DO NOT OPERA TE THIS MACHINE until it is assembled and installed according to the instructions.
4 UNP ACKING AND CLEANING Carefully unpack the tool and all loose items fr om the shipping container(s). Remove the protective coating fr om all unpainted surfaces. This coating may be removed with a soft cloth moistened wi th ke r osene (do not use acetone, gasoline or lacquer thinner for this purpose).

Place a lockwasher (E) Fig. 5 onto a hex head screw (D), insert the hex head scr ew through the caster (A), and thread into hole in base (B).

10 Fig. 26 Fig. 28 4. Pull up on each retaining clip (A) Fig. 26, and insert the dust collection bag (B) underneath each retaining clip to hold the dust collection bag in place. 5. Place the locking clamp (C) Fig. 26 around dust collection bag and dust collector drum and lock in place.
