1 5 Your product is equipped with a polarized alternating current line plug (a plug having one blade wider than the other). This plug will fit into the power outlet only one way. This is a safety feature. If you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try reversing the plug.
6 CONVECTION OVEN COOKING FAN/BAKE 140 ° - 450 ° F Ideal for meat, cakes in general and food which need to be crispy on the surface (as gratined dish- es). Roast meats and poultry will cook faster. Use of a meat thermome- ter will help avoid over- cooking.
7 KEEPING WARM FAN/BAKE 140 ° F Turn to this setting to keep hot food warm. Do not hold food more than an hour or reheat cold food. If not hot enough for serv- ing turn temperature dial up.
