Th is set t ing lets you receive both voice calls and fax calls, but works best if you use voice mail more of ten. You need to turn off voic e mail when ever y ou are ex pecti ng a fax .
3 When prompt ed, enter the fax number of the recipient, and then press . How do I know that the fax w as sent successf ully? You can se t the p rin ter to prin t a confir mation pa ge, o r transmi ssi on repo rt, eve ry time you send a fa x. This r epor t inc ludes the dat e and time that the fax was s ent.
