Page 4 Baking Guide. • Where possible, bake on the mi ddle shelf position of the o ven. • Place the food half way between the ba ck of the oven and t he door . • Do not open the ove n door until at least two thirds of th e baking time has lapsed.
Page 5 Red dot plate. • The plate featuring a red dot in the centre is a high speed, high wattage plate f or increased performance. • For your safety this plate is f itted with thermal limiter .
Page 6 Ringer timer. • The ringer timer may be used for timing the cooking period. It do es not switch o ff the oven or the plates bu t gives an audible r ing when the sel ect ed time period has elapsed. • T urn the control kn ob to 60 minu tes to wind up the mechan ism.
Page 7 Removing the inner door glass . • The glass may be removed for cleaning purposes by removing the two screws which hold it in place. • It is now possible to clean the inside of t he outer glass if required. • W ash the glass in hot soap y water , rinse and dry .
