PAGE 9 OF 20 Multifunction oven– Operation 1 Fan only Used for defrosting • Set the multifunction knob to fan only . In t his mode the fan at the back of the oven will circulate air at room temperature, sub stantially reducing the defrosting period required for frozen food.

Remove the baking trays during fan assisted mode as they are to be used for Thermofan baking only. • Set the multifunction selector to fan ass ist ed oven and the ove n thermos tat to th e r equir ed temperature.
PAGE 11 OF 20 Baking guide • Large ite ms : One or two cake tins m ay be p laced as sh own and a s close to the d oor as possible. If one tin is used , it s hould be placed centrally left to right . • Small items: The entire area of each tray may be utilised.
PAGE 12 OF20 6 Grilling. • The oven door must r emain partially open (the hinges allow for the door to be held in this position) when u sing the conventional Grill. • Use only a wire shelf when gril ling as the intense heat could warp the baking tray .
PAGE 13 OF 20 Plate controls • Select the heat level by turning the relevant plate contro l knob to the required setting. • The higher the number selected, the ho tter the temperature of the plate w ill be. • The plate indicator light will g low when a plate is switched on.

PAGE 15 OF 20 Maintenance Cleaning the oven • Switch off the electrical power supply before cleaning any part of the appliance. • Open the oven door and allow t he oven to cool down. • For improved access, the shelv es, trays and oven door may be removed.
