6 USE AND CARE FA N C O NTROL Tu rn to L O , MED , HI or MAX as needed. C ontinuous use of the fan system while cooking helps keep the ki tc hen comf or table and less humid. I t also reduces c ook ing odors and soiling moisture that create a frequent need for cleaning .

8 TO C L E A N HOOD SURF ACE F or general care, wipe the outside of the stainless steel with sudsy water or household cleaners such as F antastic® or Formula 409®, rinse well and dry with clean sof t cloth to a void water marks. Wipe and dry brushed stainless steel in the same direc tion as the grain.
