Introduction 2 Pegaso™ Powered Mobile Dock About the Powered Mobile Dock The P o wered M obile Dock (PMD) is a rugged cradle for P egaso PDAs, for use on mobile applications. This guide is intended to address some of the factors to consider when installing the PMD on gas, diesel, propane or electric po w- ered forklifts.

Electrical Considerations 6 Pegaso™ Powered Mobile Dock Ground Contact Anti-Static Straps The recommended method of reducing static buildup is to install ground con- tacting anti-static straps or conduct ors to the frame of the forklift (refer to Fig- ure 3).
