7 Radio Operation At the fr ont of the CD micro system, or usin g the remote con trol, press POWER, to sw itch the CD micro system on. Th e LCD display will light up. Press either TUNER/BAND button on the remote control or the TUNER on the u nit to select the radio t uner .
8 Preset Memory St ations Y ou r CD/MP3 micro sys tem can store up to 40 pr eset radio stat ions, 20 FM and 20 AM. Once a stat ion is in a p reset me mory it c an be retuned by pressing the REP .M-UP/M-DOWN button on the re mote co ntro l until the desir ed preset number is displayed.
9 CD player Operation Use the rem ote control or from the main unit, p ress CD/MP3, to switch the CD micro system on. The LCD display will li gh t up . Set the function switch to CD. The display will initially fla sh zeros then show ‘n o dIsc’. Only use CDs that bear t he CD logo.
10 Stop Play 1. Press ST OP/ on the remote control or the unit. The display will show the tot al number of tracks and tot al playing time. 2. Press the EJECT button, to remove the CD from the compartment. Programmed Play back Up to 20 tracks can b e programmed for playback.
