La y out all par ts and hardware and identify using the illustrations on pages 2 and 3.

DO NO T TIGHTEN YET . See fi gure 5. 14. Assem ble the vin yl cap (T) onto the fl o w control mounti ng tube.
6 22. Place a 5/16" fl at washer (K) onto the other end of the fl o w control rod. Inser t the end of the rod through the cur v ed slot in the fl o w control mounting brack et and through the hole in the fl ow control link. Secure with a 5/16" fl at washer (K) and a 3/32" x 3/4" cotter pin (M).
7 24. P osition the fl o w control mounting brack et (fi gure 13). a. Push on fl ow control ar m until it loc ks in "OFF" position. b . Slide fl ow control mounting brack et along tube until closure plate in bottom of hopper just closes.
