6 12. Assemble a wheel with the valv e stem f acing out onto the axle. Assemble a hub cap (Q) by pressing or tapping it onto the axle. Repeat on other end of axle . See fi gure 6. FIGURE 5 FIGURE 4 10. Place the front tongue inside the rear tongue as shown in fi gure 5.
7 FIGURE 9 15. Inser t four 1/4" x 1" he x bolts (E) with 1/4" fl at washers (J) down through the tray and the inside holes in the latch stand plate. Secure the bolts with f our 1/4" fl at washers (J) and 1/4" he x lock nuts (K).
8 OPERA TION PUSH CART IMPORT ANT : Leav e the latch loc k clevis pin in place at all times while using the cart as a push car t. The cle vis pin is shown in fi gure 1 on page 5. 1. T o conv ert the car t f or push operat ion, remov e the 4" long cle vis pin and hair cotter pin which secure the tongue in the towing position.
