5 SECTION 2: ASSEMBLING YOUR SNOW THROWER Unpacking Fr om Carton • Cut along c orners of the c arton and lay it do wn flat. See Figu re 1. Remove packing ma terial. • Remove an y loose par ts included with unit (i.e ., operator ’ s manual, etc.) .
6 • Lift the con trol handl e up, and hook th e “ Z ” end of the c ontr ol ca ble i nto t he bottom hole in the co ntrol handle, fro m the outside to the inside . If neces sary, pull up on th e end of the cable with a pair of pli ers to obta in slac k in orde r to hoo k it into the cont rol handle.
