Lif t Lever: 1 . The tr actor hydraulic s and front hitch sys tem are used to rais e or lower the snow thrower.

Maintenan ce 6 14 Slide the shave plate out of th e off-s et slot of the c. housing, an d from bet ween th e skid shoe s and side pane ls of the housing. With the m ounting holes toward th e back , slide the d. new shave plate into position an d secure with th e fasten ers removed pr eviously .
15 s e c t i O n 7 — M a i n t e n a n c e Lubrication The aug er gear box is lubric ated with grease at th e factor y 1 . and is neith er ex ternally ser viceab le, nor requires ch ecking . If disasse mbled for a n y reason, lu bricate with 2 ounces (by weight) of Shell Alv ania grease, par t number 737 - 01 68A .
