• Before using the CONCORD FUSION, make sur e that all fastening and locking devices are pr operly engaged and securely locked. • Check all the parts of the CONCORD FUSION, and the accessories used, at regular intervals. • Make sure the child is not in the baby buggy befor e putting on or removing the cover or the appr oved Concord accessory.
33 32 T o attach the back wheel, press and hold the pushbutton as you push the wheel onto the CONCORD FUSION axle, and let it click audibly into place.
_ Folding ThE concord Fusion T o fold up the CONCORD FUSION, first push the hood fully back while fully raising the footrest and the backr est (see ADJUSTING THE BACKREST).
_ adjusTing ThE FooTrEsT Y ou can adjust the footrest to four differ ent positions. If you wish to lower the footrest, begin by pr essing the release buttons on the left and right- hand side ( 06 ). Then adjust the footrest to the next setting. All that is needed to raise the footrest is to pull it upwar ds into the desired position.
_ using ThE hood Y ou can adjust the hood simply by moving it forwards or backwards. If you want to remove it completely, first loosen the cover of the hood by undoing the press-studs and zips. Then pull the hood adaptors ( 14 ) simultaFUSIONusly up along the rods.
_ locking ThE FronT whEEls T o lock the front wheels of the CONCORD FUSION, twist the locking button ( 09 ) into the horizontal position. The button snaps inwards and locks the wheel in a forward-pointing position. T o r elease the locking device, pull out the locking button and twist it into the vertical position.
_ using ThE adaPTors (ProFiX sysTEM) V arious elements can be attached to the CONCORD FUSION using the ProFix adaptors ( 05 ). 1. The safety bar ( 03 ) can simply be inserted in the adaptors. T o remove it, press down the small push buttons ( 04 ) on both sides of the bar (on the inside) and pull it out of the adaptors.
45 _ using ThE harnEssing sysTEM 44 T ake care that your child is always strapped in, with the buckle fastened, whenever you go out with the pushchair . Adjust the straps so that they are taut and lie close against the child. T o adjust the strap length, slide the strap clasps up or down.
_ oPEning uP ThE wind shiEld T o open up the wind shield of the CONCORD FUSION, undo the zip on the front of the safety bar . The wind shield is stowed away in the cover of the safety bar .
_ guaranTEE The guarantee begins on the day of purchase. The guarantee period corresponds to the statutory warranty period in the end-user’ s country concerned. At the manufacturer’ s discretion, the guarantee shall cover rectification, r eplacement or a price reduction.
