Place the assembled spring into the screw hole. Step 4: Attach Spring 6b . 6a. 5a. 5b . Using the slotted end of wrench tool provided , push hook and insert direc tly above curren t spring onto metal bracket as shown in gure 6b . -2- Left Side Left Side Ri ght Side Ri ght Side CAUTION: Tighten the screw until it is snug.

Step 5 : R eattach Covers 7a. 7b . 8 . Ensure belt does not get caught underneath plastic cover . Reattach plastic cover and pr ess down to snap in place as sho wn. Repeat steps 2 through 7b on the opposite side of child restraint . Route buckle and adjuster strap through fabric cov er and reattach .
