1.2. CM A-180UC Operational Cycle The CMA-180UC Operational Cycle has a total cy cle time of 2 m inutes (120 seconds). The Timing Diagram and the steps lis ted below detail the individual functions that are executed during each Operational Cycle.
Getting Started 2. Getting S t arted 2.1. Introduction to CMA-180UC The CMA-180UC is a hot water saniti zing, singl e rack, under-co unter dishmachine. It is a standalone machine featuring a self-co ntained booster heater. The only external connection s necessary are power supp ly, water supply, drainpipe, and optional chemical dispensers.
2.2. Receiving and Installation The dishwasher is shipped from the factory in a corrugated box on a woo den pallet. The installation guidelines give a systematic pro cedure for setting up the machine.
2.2.3. NOVA Detergent and Rinse Dispenser (Optional) 1 . The NOVA Detergent and Rinse Disp enser has its own reference manual. Familiarize yourself with the dispense r’s reference manual b efore proceeding with installation.

2.2.4. Safe Ttemp Feature The CMA “SafeTtemp” fe ature assures the final rins e cycle is always at a consistent minimu m of 180 degrees. Ho w it wo rk s : the “SafeTt emp” function operates off the 5 th cam (labeled “SafeTtemp”) on the timer assembly.

2.2.6. Booster Heater Setup The booster tank must be filled with wate r before the heating el ement is energized. For this reason the “High Li mit Switch” ha s intentionally been activated at the factory and will require resetting before the hea t ing element will turn on.
