7 C. Inst all the Legs 1. The legs m ust be used unless the 22CET is installed on a Cleve land Rang e stand. 2. In order to saf el y assemble the legs onto the 22C ET without dam age, follo w this proc edure: a. Check that the feet are f ull y retracted into the legs .

16 B. Drain Rinse Inspect ion (c ontinue f rom St artup P rocedure) 1. Turn OFF the ON/OFF le ver/switch. 2. Turn ON the water suppl y to the s teamer . 3. Turn ON the Main Extern al Power S witch. 4. The 3-m inute drain rins e c ycle starts. 5. The drain is flushed w ith fres h water .
17 9. Close the com partm ent door . a. The door inter lock circuit clos es. b. The heating elem ents and the con vection fan turn ON. c. The cook ing com partment heats until the standb y temper ature is reac hed.

Signs of block ed dra ins include s team or water le aks around the co oking com par tment door, and reduced cook ing perfor m ance.
