818 34 51-00/7 57 Befor e Use Pa ck ag in g 0 1. Remove all adhesive tape and packaging from the interior of the appli- ance. 3 Any remnants of adhesive can be r emoved with white spirit. 2. Remove the tr ansport protection pieces and pull off the adhesive tape.
58 818 34 51-00/7 Remove the transport fittings fr om the storage shelves: 4. Slide the fittings securing the shelf forward to the thicker section on the edge of the storage shelf. 5. Slide the stor age shelf far enough forward so that it can be hinged downwards and the fittings can be removed fr om the guides.
818 34 51-00/7 59 Installation Installation Location The appliance should be installed in a well ventilated, dry room. Energy use and efficient performance of the appliance is affected by the ambient temperatur e.

Replace the cover for the door handle and push it towar ds the left as far as it will go. 12. F asten the self-closing mechanism to the bottom left of the fridge compartment door .
