If you must use an extension cord, for your safety: • Use only outdoor type with 3 prong grounding plug, rated for 15 amperes or more, approved by UL, marked with a W-A and a tag stating “Suitable for Use with Outdoor Appliance”.
Page 4 Controlling grease fires: T o aid in controlling grease fires use the following precautions: • Keep smoker free from grease; chance of fire is greatly increased by grease buildup. • T rim excess fat off meat and use less fatty cuts of meat to reduce chance of grease fires.

ASSEMBL Y 2 1 Qty: 4 #10-24x1/2" Screw • Open top lid and remove all accessory items and cooking baskets from the interior of the unit. • Attach Side handles to the body using two #10-24 x 1/2" screws and two fiber washers per handle as shown below .
