1. SAFETY INFORMATION Before the installation and us e of the appliance, careful- ly read the supplied instru ctions. The manufacturer is not responsible if an incorre ct installation and use cau- ses injuries and damages. Al ways keep the instructions with the appliance fo r future reference.

• Do not use water sp ray and steam to clean the appliance. • Do not clean the burners in the d ish- washer. • Clean the appliance with a moist soft cloth. Only use neutral deterg ents. Do not use abrasive products, abrasive cleaning pads, solvents or m etal ob- jects.
Always light the burner before you put cookware. To light the burner: 1. Push the control knob down and turn it counterclockwise to the maxi- mum position ( ). 2. Keep the control knob pushed for approximately 5 seconds; this will let thermocouple to warm up.
