1 2 1. Separate the 2 dier ent t ypes of wheels, 2 locking wheels (EI) and 2 regular wheels (EJ ). Attach the locking wheels (EI) to the back of the bottom shelf (EH) and the regular wheels (EJ ) to the front of the bottom shelf (EH). T o secure the 4 wheels, hand tighten rst.
4. Assem ble t he Left and righ t P illa rs (EC a nd ED ), to the c ar t side panels, as shown in gur e A and B. Ne xt, a ss emb le t he l eft an d r ig ht p il lar s to th e F ro nt b ra ce (CN) and the Bottom shelf (EH), as shown in gur e C and D.

Back view 7 8 7. Attach the upper back panel (C O) to both the left and right side panels (EA and EB). Only install hardware in the bott om por tion of the back panel, as shown in gur e B. 8b. A ssemble the towel bar ( DL ) to the right side shelf table (DJ ) as shown in gure B.
9 10 TIP: T o position the r ight side shelf , inser t the t wo hooks on the side shelf assembly into the two open- ings located on the upper side right panel (BC). 9. Assemble the right side shelf assembly to the cart assembly , as shown in gure B.
#1 - ¼” x 38mm Screw (x1) #2 - ¼” x 16mm Screw (x4) #4 - ø7 Lock Washer (x5) #5 - ø7 Washer (x5) 12a. Remove the hardw are that is pre-assembled to the side burner valve bracket ( CC), as shown in gure A. Insert the side burner valve stem thr ough the rear of the left side shelf fascia (DB).

Assemble the Sear Zone burner (DD ) to the Sear Zone sup - port frame (DC ), at the 4 points indicated in gure C.
14 13 F or propane model only . 14. Inser t the at end of the T ank Exclusion Bar (CP) int o the groov e on the upper back panel (CO), as sho wn in gure B. Next, atta ch th e t ank e xc lusio n bar ( CP) t o the F ron t Brace (CN) using the self tapping , as shown in gure C.
15 16 Before att empting to assemble the door (EF) to the right pillar (ED), locate the two clasps on the door Hinge. Next, locate the two small openings on the right side pillar . 15a. Hold the door perpendicular to the BBQ Cart. Align the two clasps on the door hinge (EF), with the two holes on the right side pillar (ED).
17 17a. Place the cooking grates (BH) in to the burner box, as shown in gure A. 17b. Insert the three small positioning rods of the warming rack (BI) into the r otisserie burner brace (BA4) ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS BH BI 15 18 1 8a .
19 20 19. Unscrew the electronic ignitor button ( CF2) and inser t one AA battery into the electronic igniter battery com- partment, with the positive end facing outward.
