Note that there are 6 part s to the fryer: * Fryer Body * Oil pan * Element and control box * Element guard * Basket * Lid Place the oil pan i nto the fryer body; then place the elem ent and control box into the p an. Be sure to cli p the rear of the control box to the fryer body .
4 Cleaning, Care and Maintenance Switch off the powe r and disconnect from the power sou rce. The fryer should be cleaned af ter each day’s operation, howeve r it may require to be cleaned more often, depending on the vol ume of production. The fryer must be left to cool before cl eaning.
