7 Multifunction Ov en Gener al Featur es As its name indicates, this is an oven that pr esents particular featur es from an operational point of view .
8 How t o Use the Ov en W ARNING: The door is hot, use the handle. A TTENTION - MOS T IMPORT ANT Pa y special attention no t to touc h the hot heating element inside the ov en cavity . Thermostat Knob (Fig. 2) This only sets the cooking temper ature and does not switc h the oven on.
9 T r aditional Grilling The infrar ed grill element comes on. The heat is dispersed by r adiation. Use with the ov en door closed . The temperatur e can be regulated via the thermost at knob to between 50 °C and 225 °C . For cooking hints, see the c hapter “USE OF THE GRILL ”.
10 V entilated Grill C ooking The infrar ed grill element and the fan come on. The heat is dispersed mainly by radiation and the fan then distributes it all ov er the oven. Use with the ov en door closed. The temperatur e can be regulated via the thermost at knob to between 50 °C and 225 °C .
11 Cooking A dvice St erilization Sterilization of f oods to be conserved, in full and hermetically sealed jar s, is done in the following way: a. Set the switc h to position . b. Set the thermostat knob to position 1 85 °C and preheat the oven. c. Fill the grill pan with hot water .
12 Roasting T o obtain classical roasting, it is necessary to r emember: – that it is advisable to maintain a temper ature betw een 1 80 °C and 200 °C. – that the cooking time depends on the quantity and the type of foods. Use of the Grill – Preheat the ov en for about 5 minutes with the door closed .
13 Clock and T imer with “T ouch-C ontr ol” K eys K eys and T ouched simultaneously (for mor e than 2 seconds): – setting the clock; – setting the timer volume (by touc hing once, along with the “ ” key); – to cancel automatic c ooking at any time.
14 “T ouc h-Control” K eys The “touch-c ontrol” keys should be oper ated by the fingers (just by touc hing the key). When using touch contr ols it is best to use the ball of your finger r ather than the tip.
15 Aut omatic Cooking Use automatic cooking to aut omatically turn the oven on, cook, and then turn the oven off. 1 . Check the cloc k shows the correct time. 2. Select the function and temperatur e (function and temperatur e knobs). The oven will come on.
16 Do’s and do not’s – Do always grill with the ov en door closed. – Do read the user instructions car efully befor e using the oven for first time.
17 Car e and Maintenance It is advisable to clean when the appliance is c old and especially for cleaning the enamelled parts. Av oid leaving alkaline or acidic substances (lemon juice, vinegar , etc.) on the surfaces. Av oid using cleaning products with a chlorine or acidic base.
18 St ainless Steel, Aluminium, P ainted Parts and Silk -screen Printed Surfac es Clean using an appropriat e product. Alwa ys dry thoroughly. Stainless st eel surfaces: can be cleaned with an appropriate st ainless steel cleaner . IMPOR T ANT : these parts must be cleaned very carefully to a void scratc hing and abrasion.

21 Ov en Door Remo ving and Replacing the Inner Door Glass Pane for Cleaning If you wish to clean the inner glass of the door , make sure you f ollow the precautions and instructions very car efully. Replacing the glass pane and the door incorr ectly may r esult in damage to the oven and may v oid your warranty.
22 Remo ving the Ov en Door The oven door can easily be r emoved as follows: - Open the door to the full extent (fig. 8a). - Open the lever A completely on the left and right hinges (fig. 8b). - Hold the door as shown in fig. 8. - Gently close the door (fig.
23 2 1 2 1 2 Remo ving the Inner Pane o f Glass The oven door is fitted with no. 2 panes: - no. 1 outside; - no. 1 inner . T o clean all panes on both sides it is necessary to remov e the inner pane as follows: Remo ve the Inner Glass Retainer 1 . Remove the ov en door and place it on a soft surface.

25 1 2 1 2 A fter Cleaning, Replace the Inner Glass P ane When replacing the inner glass pane, mak e sure that: - you replac e the pane correctly , as shown.
26 1 2 M M M 2 1 click click Replac e the Glass Retainer 1 . Position the glass r etainer , as shown in the figur e 1 2. It should sit on the bottom edge of the out er glass. Check that the clamps M are not def ormed or damaged. 2. Gently push the glass ret ainer back into place.
27 A Refit the Door 1 . Hold the door firmly (fig. 1 3). 2. Insert the hinge tongues into the slots, making sur e that the groove dr ops into place as shown in the figur e 1 4. 3. Open the door to its full extent. 4. Fully close the lever s A on the left and right hinges, as shown in the figure 1 5.
