First use o f the o v en First use • Befor e using the oven for the first time we recommend that you clean the oven with soapy water , rinse carefully and then heat on each of the below pr ogrammes at maximum temper ature for the specified time.
Ov en contr ols & use Co oking func tion knob T o set the function, turn the cooking function knob clockwise to the r equired function. Each of the oven functions uses differ ent elements within the oven t o off er y ou the best choice of cooking every time.
Changing the Ov en Lamp Befor e any maintenanc e is started inv olving electrical parts, the appliance must be disconnect ed from the pow er supply . If the ov en has been in use, let the ov en ca vity and the heating elements cool down befor e attempting any maintenanc e.
Cleaning and Maintenanc e - Remo ving the Ov en Door The ov en doors can easily be r emov ed as follow s: • Open the door fully. • Open the lever on the left and right hinges (as show in figure 2). • Gently close the door until left and right hinge levers ar e hooked to the door .

Installation Important If the oven is being installed into a built under oven housing unit ensure that the front rail at the top of the unit is not installed as it could r estrict ventilation.
