Use Fridge • Never put liquids in the r efrigerator uncov ered. • Never put hot foods in the r efrigerator . W arm food should be allowed to cool t o room temper ature bef ore being put into the r efrigerator .
Contr ol panel The contr ol panel for the fridge has two lights: A. Green P ow er light This light is illuminated when the power supply t o the appliance is on. B. Red T emperatur e W arning light This light will switc h on when the interior temperatur e is too warm.
Car e and cleaning Alwa ys disconnect the appliance from the po w er supply before an y cleaning or maintenance. The fridge and freez er sections should be cleaned using a solution of bicarbonate of soda and lukewarm wat er . Do not use abrasive pr oducts or detergents.
Changing the light bulb Disconnect the appliance fr om the pow er . • Release the light cov er by pressing on the hooks at the bac k of the cover , then slide it towar ds the back of the fridge to remove it. • Unscrew the light bulb t o remove it and r eplace with a new bulb of the same rating (not more than 1 5W).
Installation And V entilation This appliance must nev er be installed close to heat sour ces, e.g. heating elements, cook ers or in damp places. • T o ensure the appliance is level, y ou should use the height adjustable feet at the fr ont of the appliance.
Mounting the Fascia Door • Using a screwdriv er , fix the mounting brackets to the appliance door , as shown in figure 4. • P osition the appliance within the unit. Ensur e that there is a gap of 3 to 4 mm between the non-hinged side and the cabinet wall.
Rev ersing the door W e recommend you seek the help of another individual t o support the doors whilst performing this oper ation 1 . Carefully prise off the c over cap for the top hinge and unscr ew the screws fixing the top hinge to the applianc e, you should support the upper door whilst doing this.
Electrical information W arning! This appliance must be earthed. The mains lead of this appliance has been fitted with a BS 1 363A 1 3 amp fused plug. T o change a fuse in this type of plug, follow the steps below: 1 . Remove the fuse cover and fuse.
