7 - How to use the burners Next to e ach knob there is a s ymbol tha t shows which burner it refer s to. E ach gas burner knob has th e follo wing symbols: Stop Maximum set ting Minimum sett ing The burner should be turned on before p utting the pan on the rung.
8 - Choosing t he bur ners. For a bett er use of the bur ners you shou ld us e pans with dia meters t hat match the s ize of the b urners so as to ha ve ma ximum efficienc y usin g as little gas as possible. It is also essent ial whe n yo u a re cookin g to centr e the pans on the bur ners and t o use their l ids.
