2 Using your Extr actor For best perf ormance, you should switc h on the extractor 1 5 minutes befor e starting to cook and lea ve it to run for appr oximately 1 5 minutes after the end of cooking. T o swit ch on the extr actor and set the speed lev el • T ouch key A.

5 Replacing the main halogen down lights: 1 . Lower the lamp panel (G) and unscr ew the 4 lamp housing fixing screw s (F) to access the bulb cov ers. 2.
6 Installation IMPOR T ANT : The extr actor is intended t o be mounted t o the ceiling using fixings appropriat e for the ceiling. Ensur e that there is adequat e ceiling str ength and supports at the fixing points; if in doubt, consult a joiner or electrician.
7 Mounting The Extr actor 4. Fit the ceiling support plate into position on the 3 scr ews and rot ate it into position, as shown in Fig 1 3. Ensure that the mains supply cable is located in position and is not trapped or damaged. 5. When in position, tighten the 3 main screws and fit 2 additional screw s to fix the support plate in position.
8 Mounting The Extr actor 7 . Loosen the body fixing screws (G in Fig 1 6) by appro ximately 3mm and hook the cable fixing brac ket into place. Lift the brac ket into position and tighten the scr ew to lock the br acket in position, then insert an additional scr ew (H) for security .
9 Installation 1 1 . Fit the fixing support cov er panel (C) and secure with the two supplied scr ews (A), as shown in Fig 1 9. 1 2. Fit the extractor top panel, as shown in Fig 20, using the 8 supplied screw s (G). Again, ensur e that the mains supply cable is not trapped.
