— 3 — 2. OPERATION CHART: QW-1471 BACKLIGHT This watch features an electroluminescent (EL) backlight that helps you easily read the face, even in total darkness. Its Auto Backlight function automatically lights the watch face whenever you turn your wrist towards your face.
— 4 — • Under certain conditions the backlight may not light until about one second or less after turn the face of the watch towards you.
