The selected oven temperatur e can be r ead off on the switch fr om above. Oven P ower Indicator The oven power indicator illuminates as soon as the oven or rings ar e switched on.
Operating Instructions 9 Cooking Surface Featur es Oven Steam Outlet The steam fr om the oven is fed dire ctly to the extraction hood via the duct in the r ear of the cooking surface. Normal Hotplate Switching on and r egulation is performed using the associated switch on the control panel.
Operating Instructions 10 Oven Featur es Shelf P ositions There ar e sid e r ails on both sides of the oven, each of these has 6 shelf positio ns. Please note that the shelf positions are counted fr om top to bottom . Anti-Tip Device All slide-in parts are fitted with an anti-tip device to pr event them being unintentionally pulled all the way out.

This pr otrusion is an anti-tip device and must point downwards. Inserting a Shelf 0 Insert the shelf such that the two guide r ails point upwards.

Operating Instructions 17 Usage, T ables and Tips Pa n s The better the pan, the better the results. • Y ou can recognise good pans by their bases. The base should be thick and as flat as possible. • Do not use cast ir on pans or pans with dam- aged bases that are r ough or burred.
