3 INST ALLA TION INSTRUCTIONS Unpacking: Befor e assembling and installin g your ceiling fan, r emove all parts fr om the shippin g cartons and ch eck them again st the parts listed her e . Befor e discarding pack aging m aterial, be certain that all parts have been rem oved.

5 BLADE HARDW ARE Step 3. Assemble th e blades to the m otor using th e 3 blade scr ews and 3 metal wash ers. Han d tigh ten firmly . BLADE SCREW (3 PER BLADE) BLADE INST ALLA TION BLADE (3) MET AL W .
6 6 Step 4. T o hang th e fan body in th e canopy , hold th e fan bod y firmly and in- sert the ball in to the can opy opening. Check that n o wires wer e pinch ed. Ro- tate the f an body un til the slot in th e nylon ball fits in to th e pin opposite the canopy openin g.
7 INST ALL BULB AND GLASS Step 9. Screw th e 100 Watt H alogen bulb into th e socket. Do not tou ch the glass bulb with your fin gers–it is e xtremely important that th e glass be clean. If it is tou ched , or dirty , clean carefully with a tissue .
8 Removing Gently Pull th e lower edg e of th e control g ently out from th e hold er . Control Stor age Angle con trol in top first in the h older until th e unit can be gen tly pushed back and sn apped onto th e bottom rim.
9 VERS A•TOUCH ♦ IF F AN DOES NOT W ORK If the fan is not functioning after installation: Step 1. Check to m ake sure that batteries ar e installed correctly in the con trol. Step 2. T urn the power o ff to the f an (from the cir cuit break er) for at least 5 secon ds.
