11 11 Index Contents Index Contents CHARGING THE BATTERY Bef ore using the tablet batter y f or the first time, Wacom recommends that y ou plug in the pow er adapter and allow the battery to charge. Y ou can continue with the installation process and work with the tablet while the batter y is charging.

Bluetooth is a radio-frequency technology , so it is not necessar y for Graphire Bluetooth to be “in sight” of the Bluetooth antenna on your computer .

Make sure the DuoSwitch is in a con venient location where you can toggle it with y our thumb or f orefinger , but not accidently press the s witch while dra wing or navigating with the pen.

The tablet has not been paired to a computer , or the connection has been broken either b y pressing the tablet’ s C ONNECT b utton or by deleting the pairing from the Bluetooth control panel.

Simply clasp the old nib with a tweezer , needle-nosed plier , or similar instr ument and pull it straight out of the pen.
