SC825 Chassis Manual 5-12 Add-o n Card /Expansi on Slo t Setu p for SC8 25U (U niversa l Output) SC825U chassis accepts a sl ightly small er "L" shaped motherboa rd to allow for a universal e xpansion card. This uni versal output card allows the syste ms to accept SAS, SCSI, IB, Ethernet, and other types of connections.

If your server has only one powe r supply , you must pow er-down the server and unplug the power cord before replacing the power supply .
