3 Gr ounding Instructions This appliance must be grounded. 6 HANDLE CAM LOCK ADJUSTMENT With the handle cam lock in the “up” position (unloc ked), tighten the adjusting nuts until there is a slight drag when the handle is raised or low ered. The tube should be lock ed securely when the handle lock is pressed downw ard (Fig.
