6 T emplet guide The templet guide provides a slee ve through which the bit passes, allowing use of the trimmer with templet pat- tern s. Remov e the tool base from the tool. Loosen the wing bolts and secure the tool base horizontally . Loosen the two screws on the tool base .
7 Circular w ork Circular work may be accomplished if y ou assemble the straight guide and guide plate as shown in the figures . Min. and max. radius of circles to be cut (distance between the center of circle and the center of bit) are as fol l ow s : Min.
8 Replacing carbon brushes Remov e and check the carbon brushes regularly . Replace when they wear do wn to the limit mark. K eep the carbon brushes clean and free to slip in the holders. Both carbon brushes should be replaced at the same time. Use only identical carbon brushes.

12 Ajustage de la fraise Po u r r é gler la partie saillante de la fraise, desserrez l ’é crou et d é placez l ’ embase de l ’ outil vers le haut ou le bas, tel que d é sir é , en tournant la vis de r é glage. Apr è s le r é glage, serrez f ermement l ’é crou pour fixer l ’ embase de l ’ outil.
13 UTILISA TION Mettez le contact sans que la fraise soit au contact de la pi è ce à tra vailler et attendez qu ’ elle ait atteint sa pleine vitesse.
14 Fixez le gabarit sur la pi è ce. Placez l ’ outil sur le gabarit et d é placez-le en faisant glisser le guide de gabarit le long du c ô t é du gabarit. NO TE: • La pi è ce à tra vailler ser a taill é e selon une dimension l é g è rement diff é rente de celle du gabarit.
15 Po u r d é couper des cercles d ’ un r ay on de 121 mm (4 - 3/4 ” ) à 221 mm (8 - 11/16 ” ). NO TE: • Les cercles de ra yons compris entre 172 mm (6-3/4 ” ) et 186 mm (7-5/16 ” ) ne peuvent pas ê tre taill é s av ec ce guide. Alignez l ’ orifice central du guide de coupe rectiligne sur le centre du cercle à d é couper.
