Pressure Relief Procedure 4 3A0246C Pressure Relief Pr ocedure 1. T urn flow contro l knob to fully counterclockwise to OFF position. 2. Place deflect or in hopper or suitable container . 3. T urn prime valve handle to PRESSURE RELIEF position. 4. Displa y will read “----” when all pressure is relie ved.

Disconnect three moto r connectors from motor con- trol board to motor . 15. Remov e two screw s (83) holding motor con trol board / heat sin k assembly to po wer module frame .
Motor Control Board 16 3A0246C Installation 120V Models: 1. Use acetone or equiv alent cleaner to thorough ly remov e ther mal paste from poc kets on heat sink. 2. Apply ne w ther mal paste into both poc kets of heat sink. 3. Replace tw o inner screws and w ashers to control board and torq ue to 17 in-lb .
Motor Contr ol Board 3A0246C 17 10. Connect b lac k power lead (J) on motor control board to ON/OFF s witch. 11. Conn ect whit e power cord cond uctor (D) to motor control board (24) . 12. Connect 15/20A s witch connector (X) to motor con- trol board (24).

Apply ne w ther mal paste into both poc kets of heat sink. 3. Replace tw o inner screws and w ashers to control board and torq ue to 17 in-lb .
Motor Contr ol Board 3A0246C 19 11. Connect potentio meter connector ( C) to motor con- trol board (24). 12. Connect Prime/T ool Fill/Re circulate reed switch con- nector (E) t o motor control boa rd (24). 13. Replace control panel (3 7) and tighten bott om two screw s (61).

Hold y our finger against trigger (410) wit h light pres- sure. Use a 5/16 open- ended wrench to t ur n loc knut (414) clockwise until y ou f eel tr igger lift slightly .
