6 STEP 1 – Main Frame Assembly a) Remo ve the Allen Bolts , W asher s, Nuts and Nut Caps from the Foot Base on the Main Frame Assembly . Slip the Roller T ubes onto the Main Frame m aking sure the Roller T rac ks are f acing up and the Bolt Holes on the rear of the Roller T ubes are facing each other .
put on left swing arm, large washer, bushing cap, small washers, nut and snap cap main frame assembly left swing arm vertical column connecting arm wires right arm 7 STEP 4 – Swing Arm Assembly a) Remo ve the Nut and tw o W ashers from the Left Ar m of the V ertical Column.
STEP 6 – Computer Assembly a) Remo ve the f our Phillips Screws from the bac k of the Computer . b) Snap together Connector s f or Computer , tucking the W ires inside the V ertical Column. Be careful not to pinch wires. The Book Holder can be attached to the Computer at any time.
Once y our New Balance 9.5e Elliptical Tr ainer is assembled, mak e sure that y our w orkout space has a solid, lev el surf ace with plenty of space around it. W e recommend placing a mat under y our unit to protect y our flooring. Bef ore y ou begin y our f irst workout on the New Balance 9.
10 Stationar y Handlebars Place y our hands in the middle of the the stationar y handlebar s. Adjust y our hands left and right until you f ind the position most comfortable for y ou. Bend your elbo ws slightly so that your arms are not hyperextended or “lock ed out” .
