6 23 STEP 1 – Front Foot T ube Assembly a) Remo ve (2) Carriage Bolts, (2) W ashers and (2) Acorn Nuts from the Fr ont Foot T ube. b) Po sition Front Foot T ube (with rollers) in front of Main Fame and align bolt holes, see Figure 1.
7 22 STEP 3 – Seat Carr iage Assembly a) Remo ve (1) Allen Bolt and (1) W asher from underside of Carr iage T ube, see Figure 3. b) P osition Seat Carriage in front of Carriage T ube with the (1) bolt hole f acing down. c) Raise Locking Arm, slide Carriage T ube into Seat Carriage and push Locking Arm down to hold Carriage T ube in place.

19 10 STEP 9 – Computer Installation a) Remo ve battery door from back of Computer , insert (4) “C” batteries and replace the batter y door . Note: DO NOT use rechargeable batter ies, doing so will cause a short and destroy the computer . b) Remo ve (4) Phillips Bolts fr om back of Computer .
18 11 Once y our Recumbent Bike is assembled, mak e sure that your w or kout space has a solid, lev el surf ace with plenty of space around it. W e recommend placing a mat under y our unit to protect y our f looring.
12 17 LCD Contrast Calibration The contrast of the screen can be adjusted b y the follo wing steps: • During the STOP mode, press and hold the ENTER and ▲ UP buttons together f or ov er tw o seconds. Y ou will hear a f aint beep. This will open the LCD Contrast Calibration mode.
16 Buttons and Definitions ENTER: This button allows users to set the Progr am and Time on Pr ogr ams 1-10 and Time and Age on Progr ams 11-12. START: This button allo ws the user to ST OP or ST ART exercising. (By holding this button for tw o seconds the user can reset all v alues to “0”).
