SIRCR 5 • To prevent a short-circui t, turn off the ignition and remove the negative (-) battery c able before s tarting to i nstall. Co nnect the power wires last. • Do not ins tall the receiver wh ere it will receive direct sun light or be subje ct to extr eme temperat ures.

SIRCR 7 Connecting using FM transmission Wireless connection The cradle sup ports ten FM transm ission freque nci es. 1. Turn the P l ug and Pla y receiver o n . 2. Confirm that the FM Transmitter op tion is set to FM ON. This is the default sett ing.

Remove the screw, lockwa sher and fl atwasher from the end of the ball strut. 5. Insert th e end of th e ball strut into the keyed openi ng on t he cr adle mo unti ng pla te.
SIRCR 11 You may ad just the orientation of the cradle by loosening the star nut and tightening it when the cradle i s in the desired view ing pos ition. When it’ s time to tak e the Plug and Play receiver with you , press the rel ease button to remo ve it from the crad le and sl ide the rec eiver up wards.
