11 Locking or unlocking the caster For Models VC1310L and VC2510L (Fig. 9) For Model VC3210L (Fig. 10) T o lock the caster with a stopper , lower the stopper lever and the caster no longer will rota te. T o release the caster from the locked position, raise the stopper lever .
